到達目標

This course prepares students for AP Biology in H3 by building a strong foundation in biological concepts. It connects new ideas with prior knowledge and reinforces learning through discussions, case studies, and hands-on projects.

授業の進め方・学習方法

Classes will typically include a lecture, followed by student-led exploration of the topic and a related homework assignment or a quick test. At times, students will work on individual or small group projects. Regular assessments and class discussions will reinforce key vocabulary and concepts.

担当者からのアドバイス

-Come prepared to classes: finish readings, watch assigned videos, and complete tasks on time.
-Participate meaningfully: your questions, ideas, and insights are important.
-Be respectful, honest, and kind to others and to yourself as a learner.
-Listen actively and attentively during lessons.
-If something doesn’t make sense, ask! I'm available after school or during lunch to help.
-Review your notes regularly. Biology builds on itself, and old concepts will return!
