到達目標

This course is taught in English 3 times a week to encourage students to think and communicate in modern English. Students in this third year of the program are expected to speak confidently and naturally in English, and know how to ask for help in English, as well. As with the previous two years in this program, we will cover both input and output skills in this course, with an emphasis on improving students' speaking skills.

授業の進め方・学習方法

Students will be using the Connectivity 3 textbook as their core text for this course. While studying the text, there will be regular interactive activities in class that help them practice their output skills, including pair work, language quizzes, and other supplementary materials to review grammar, vocabulary building, writing techniques, and cultural understanding. Homework is given in every class to help students with input skills at their own pace and to encourage regular review. An online Classroom is provided to students to keep up-to-date with classwork, supplementary materials, and as a forum for questions whenever they need the support.
