Integrated Science is a high school laboratory course designed to guide students through advanced experiments while building the academic, scientific, and writing skills needed for success in university-level science courses.

By actively planning and researching their weekly assignments, students will learn to design and carry out their own experiments using the scientific method. In addition, through focused instruction and guidance from teachers, students will strengthen their academic writing skills and learn to produce clear, logical experimental reports.

In this course, students will actively engage in 3–4 laboratory experiments each month, exploring various fields of scientific research. Each lab session spans two hours and integrates both theoretical instruction and practical application.

To prepare for these sessions, students will complete pre-lab research assignments. Following each experiment, they are expected to submit detailed reports that document their research, progress, and findings on a weekly basis.

In the final term, students will collaborate on a group poster project, providing an opportunity to showcase the academic and scientific skills they have developed throughout the year.
